Sarah founded Agents of Necessity Inc. in 2016 with the core belief that excellent strategic leadership needed to be available to all types and sizes of organizations – because the very nature of business models has fundamentally changed. Any small, scrappy start up can go to IPO in a very short time span – and that kind of growth can only happen with great advice.

Having spent 25 years plus on the agency side, Sarah most recently was Global Chief Strategy Officer for Initiative. Her strategic work spans nearly all categories, countless brands, 50+ countries, and many top advertisers. Sarah also brings to Agents of Necessity strength in research and strategic product, helming global and local studies into consumer behaviour. Her passion is working alongside clients and teams to bring about change, and she is the creator or co-creator for all of our workshop sessions.
