Tony is a strategic communications planner – consumer-focused, insight-led, ideas-centric and effectiveness-driving – consulting for advertisers, agencies, research providers and media owners.
Since starting his career in market research, he has been a pioneering communications strategist – helping to build some of the most innovative agencies in the advertising and media disciplines over the past 20 years – including HHCL, Michaelides & Bednash and PHD. He was Chief Strategy Officer at Initiative Media in London before moving into consultancy in early 2013. He is a Fellow of the IPA, a winner of an IPA Effectiveness Award and was a Judge for the 2014 awards. In 2015 he gained a Post Graduate Diploma in Digital Marketing from the Institute of Direct & Digital Marketing.
He is a champion of consumer insight and communications integration, whose agency experience bridges the disciplines of consumer research, account planning, media planning and communications planning.
